Classes
In our classes we focus on maintaining a fun and safe learning environment for all participants. We offer a wide variety of classes from beginner to advanced levels. Knowing the importance of developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the foundation skills, we work to ensure each individual team has mastered these skills well. Once the teams build a strong foundation we can turn our focus to enhancing the skills based on the needs of each individual team. Join a class today and learn to work as a team with your dog!

SKILLS & DRILLS FOR PUPPIES
This class was developed to give puppy’s a head start on the foundational skills needed for success in agility. Open to puppy’s 6 months and older we use shaping and luring exercises to help your puppy learn to focus on you as we gently introduce the various obstacles typically found in an agility ring. This fun and safe initial experience is meant to build confidence in your puppy as they learn to work with you, setting the foundation for a working team.
• For: Puppies 6 months and older
• Length: 4 weeks
• When: NEW sessions starting the beginning of
every month
• Class Days: Thursdays & Saturdays

• Prerequisite: Proof of vaccinations required

BEGINNER
At the Beginner Level we introduce teams to the individual obstacles, using food, toys & games to keep the team motivated. We place a strong emphasis on having FUN to build your dog’s confidence as we teach them the basic skills necessary to navigate the obstacles. Handlers learn to guide and direct their dogs using both verbal and non-verbal cues. You will learn why clear and consistent communication is key to success in agility!
• For: Dogs 14 months or older
• Length: 4 weeks
• When: NEW sessions starting the beginning of
every month
• Class Days: Mondays & Saturdays
• Cost: $100
• Prerequisite: Proof of vaccinations required
ADVANCED
This class builds on the foundation skills you learned at the beginner level. While we continue to use rewards to keep the dog engaged and motivated, we also begin to ask more of the dogs in between rewards. Teams are introduced to sequences, the dogs learn to continue working between rewards and that the reward will eventually come. This helps to minimize the “one and done” mentality.
• For: Beginner Level Graduates 14 months or older
• Length: 4 weeks
• When: NEW sessions starting the beginning of
every month
• Class Days: Tuesdays & Wednesdays
• Cost: $100
• Prerequisite: Proof of vaccinations required
COMPETITION PREPARATION
Preparing to compete involves developing the handling skills necessary to run the course in the most efficient manner. We teach handlers how to formulate their own strategy to navigate each course. Specific skills such as learning to establish a
pre-competition rituals, memorizing the course
and identifying specific handling maneuvers best used for a given situation are taught in this course.
• For: Advanced Level Graduates 14 months or older
• Length: 4 weeks
• When: NEW sessions starting the beginning of
every month
• Class Days: Tuesdays & Wednesdays
• Cost: $100
• Prerequisite: Proof of vaccinations required
TOPICS CLASS
On a quarterly basis we will identify specific topics of interest and offer classes targeting these subjects. These classes will vary in length from 2 to 4 weeks depending on the topic.

• Length: 1-2 weeks
• When: 3 start dates for new topics are:
August 26th, September 9th & September 23rd
• Cost: $100
• Prerequisite: Proof of vaccinations required
